Coalition Partners
The Region 4 Partnership Team currently meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month on a bi-monthly basis (January, March, May, July, September, November). the meetings are held at the Springfield Urban League Building at 100 N. 11th St. in Springfield, IL. The time of the meetings is 10:00 A.M.-11:30 A.M. The Region 4 Coordinator invites you to feel free to attend this meeting.

Region 4 has three active parent support groups at this time. The group information is listed below. We invite parents to come and join any of our groups. If you are interested in beginning a group in your area, please contact Janet Silas, RFL Coordinator at 217-231-0500 or at jsilas@chaddock.org.

REGION 4 Contact Information:
Bio: Janet Silas is the Region IV Coordinator. As a parent, Janet has had personal experience navigating the Illinois Mental Health system with one of her own children. Janet works for Chaddock in Quincy, IL and has been employed there for 22 years. Janet has experience working in the residential setting with children ages 12-18, foster care case management for children 0-18, as well as transition planning for young adults 18-21. Janet is very excited to be working with parents to help increase their involvement within the many systems that affect their children’s lives.
