
Julianna Mitrius
Operations and Program Manager
Julianna Mitrius is the Operations and Program Manager of the Illinois Children’s Mental Health Partnership, providing crucial support for all of ICMHP’s needs, including financial and membership management, communications, and programmatic support. In this role, Julianna oversees programs to move the Children’s Mental Health Plan and our new statutory duties forward, including leading the development of our new youth voice adjunct council. Prior to her current role, she served as the ICMHP Program Coordinator for 3.5 years.
She recently graduated with distinction from the Keller Graduate School of Management, earning her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree. Previously, she received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from Indiana University, where she specialized in Public Relations and Advertising. She brings several years of project management expertise as well as a personal passion for mental health advocacy.
